At Bikvey, our mission is to create a trusted and secure platform for customers and sellers alike. This policy defines the standards sellers must follow regarding Intellectual Property (IP) rights and outlines the actions taken against any form of IP infringement.
Intellectual Property (IP) includes creations of the mind like inventions, artistic and literary works, designs, brand names, logos, symbols, and images. IP infringement occurs when someone uses these creations without permission, violating the rights legally granted to the original owners.
At Bikvey, we strictly prohibit any kind of IP infringement to protect both our customers from counterfeit products and brand owners from unauthorized use of their intellectual properties.
Bikvey enforces a zero-tolerance policy towards counterfeit goods, especially when it comes to restricted brands.
Only 100% genuine products are allowed to be sold on the platform. Selling fake, imitation, or unauthorized items is illegal and will not be tolerated.
If you are selling products of a known brand, ensure you have proper brand authorization documents. Unauthorized sales can lead to severe legal consequences.
Apple Trademark Restrictions: Sellers must avoid unauthorized use of Apple trademarks to prevent legal actions from the brand.
Fragrance Trademark Restrictions: Selling imitation or impression fragrances of restricted brands like Gucci is strictly prohibited. Sellers must adhere to brand guidelines when listing fragrances.
Bikvey considers the following as forms of IP infringement:
Sale of counterfeit products
Unauthorized use of brand names, logos, and designs
Copying or replicating product descriptions, images, or trademarks
We aim to eliminate all instances of IP infringement to maintain customer confidence and platform integrity.
Bikvey imposes strict penalties on sellers who violate IP rights (Terminate Product or Terminate Account )

Note: Brands under trademark recall will be immediately locked, unless appropriate brand authorization is provided.
If you are a rights owner or an authorized agent and notice your IP rights being violated, you can report it to Bikvey’s legal team.
To file a report, please email us at Support@bikvey.com with the following:
Proof of IP ownership (e.g., trademark registration certificate).
Detailed description of the infringement (e.g., product, description, images).

Once Bikvey receives your IP infringement complaint:
Our legal team will carefully review your notice.
If the claim is valid, we will contact the involved seller for evidence justifying their use of your intellectual property.
If the seller fails to provide sufficient proof, the infringing content will be taken down, and disciplinary action will be initiated.
Bikvey may also prohibit the sale of any product listings recalled by regulatory authorities or manufacturers to protect customer trust.
Sellers who want to list restricted or recalled brands must submit valid authorization documents for review and approval by Bikvey’s legal team.
At Bikvey, we deeply value our customers’ trust and the hard work of original brand creators. We encourage all sellers to respect intellectual property laws and contribute to a healthy, legitimate ecommerce environment.
By working together, we can build a platform that’s safe, genuine, and beneficial for everyone.
