KYC on Seller Center

As a seller on Bikvey E-commerce Platform, you must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before withdrawing your earnings. This guide provides a step-by-step process for KYC submission and payout withdrawal from your Vendor Panel.

Step 1: Log in to Bikvey Seller Center

Before accessing payouts, log in to your Vendor Panel:

  1. Go to www.bikvey.pk.

  2. Click on "Seller Center" (for Vendor Panel access).

  3. Enter your registered email and password.

  4. Click "Log In" to enter your Seller Dashboard.


Step 2: Complete KYC Verification (Mandatory for Payouts)

KYC ensures secure transactions. Follow these steps:

A. Navigate to KYC Section

  1. From the Dashboard, go to "Seller Tools" in the navigation menu.

  2. Select "Vendor KYC" (or "Identity Verification").

B. Upload Required Documents

  1. Click "+" or "Upload Documents".

  2. Upload Front Side of your Government ID .

  3. Upload Back Side of the same ID (if applicable).

  4. Enter Your Full Name (exactly as per the ID card)

C. Submit for Approval

  1. Double-check that documents are clear and valid.

  2. Click "Ceate" or "Send for Verification".

⏳ Processing Time: 24-72 hours (You’ll be notified via email/Seller Panel).

📌 Important Notes:
✔️ Ensure name matches your bank account.
✔️ Blurry or edited documents will delay approval.
✔️ Without KYC, payouts will be restricted.
